Horse's Neck

Serve in a Highball Glass

Ingredients

  • Lemon peel
    1 long strip
  • Brandy
    2 oz
  • Ginger ale
    5 oz
  • Bitters
    2 dashes

Instructions

Pour brandy and ginger ale directly into highball glass with ice cubes. Stir gently. Garnish with lemon zest. If desired, add dashes of Angostura Bitter.
